Trustpair is reshaping the way companies secure their payments. We have built the first solution that helps prevent transfer fraud, which costs $2.5 billion per year globally. We provide our clients with efficiency and peace of mind.

Trustpair is growing fast. Within 4 years, we have built a team of 60 people and a unique product used by more than 150 large corporates. In the next two years, our goal is to continue to grow our team to 200 people, expand in new countries and develop new lines of business.



We have ambitious growth targets and need you to strengthen and build the Trusteam! Integrated into the People department, you will work closely with Maja, Claire and our future VP People.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing your own recruitment pipeline from finding the best candidates to the offer acceptance in collaboration with the hiring managers.


Manage the whole recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers

  • Define a recruitment strategy in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Evaluate candidates during the screening interview
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams to create a great candidate experience
  • Manage the offer process with managers and HR partners
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators


Attract and find the best candidates

  • Manage job postings and incoming applications
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies when needed
  • Work on the employer brand with the VP People and other team members

Exigences

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE


  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity
  • Result oriented

RECRUITMENT PROCESS


  • Call with our Talent Partner (30 mn)
  • Call with your future manager (1h)
  • Case study (should take around 2 hours of work on a 1 week timeframe)
  • Test restitution and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair (1h30)
