You will have a leadership and ownership on coordinating, streamlining and improving our recruitment process.

Some of challenges you'll work on :
⚡️ Work closely with recruitment agencies (brief, follow-up, feedbacks) ;
⚡️ Hunting A-Players ;
⚡️ Evaluate candidates during the screening interview ;
⚡️ Update and track metrics on our ATS (Recruitee) ;
⚡️ Ensure the best possible candidate experience
